Featured in the Autumn 2015 issue is the seductive Sailor's Delight cocktail, "a colourful spin on the Dark and Stormy" (p.38) and who doesn't love those?! Its pretty colour comes from adding Hibiscus Syrup (p.158). You can get some of the key ingredients for this recipe like Fevertree Ginger Beer and an all purpose bitters, like Dillon's DSB Bitters right here at Bradshaws!
1 oz (30 mL) strained fresh lime juice
½ oz (15 mL) Hibiscus Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
4 oz (125 mL) ginger beer, chilled
Lime wheel to garnish
