Holiday High Tea Recap

We had such a beautiful afternoon at our Holiday High Tea event at Revival House this past Sunday. Find event photos and secret recipes from the day here!

It was an incredibly sunny and beautiful day to have our first ever Holiday High Tea at Revival House
We featured the three stunning holiday loose leaf teas from Sloane Fine Tea: Celebration Medley, Mint Chocolate and Silver Mist. There was a wonderful assortment of delicious, holiday themed treats created by Chef Loreena Miller who went out of her way to create a high tea menu that really impressed our guests! Some of the highlights were the Coronation Chicken tea sandwiches which were delectable (we’ll share recipe), hand-made truffles and carefully decorated gingerbread and shortbread cookies. Revival House Co-Owner Candice created a special Sloane tea "London Fog" cocktail that was creamy, fragrant and delicious.

The musicians Tina Giannopoulos (violin), Rick Bond (violin), Murray Charters (cello) and David Murray (piano) from Stratford Symphony Orchestra played the most enchanting Christmas music which added a very festive yet relaxed atmosphere that everyone really enjoyed. What a treat! Don't miss their next concert, New Year in Vienna, on January 1st at Knox Presbyterian Church. Get tickets here.

Many of our guests arrived dressed to impress in their vintage apparel and of course, fascinators!

Amanda, from Stratford Blooms had the most beautiful array of festive greenery including boxwood wreaths, potted amaryllis, ornamental lemon cypress trees and holiday inspired floral table settings that was the punctuation mark on the room décor.

Revival House Co-Owner Candice and Event Planner Alysha helped add finishing touches on the space to really wow all of our guests in the already stunning setting. Starting in January, Revival House will be offering a monthly High Tea service on the last Sunday of every month, contact them to make reservations at 519-273-3424.

We want to thank all of those who attended and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season from all of us at Bradshaws!
